Welcome Healing Transitions

In November, Ascend welcomed its newest supported organization, Healing Transitions, and our first agency in Raleigh! Healing Transitions “offers innovative peer-based, recovery-oriented services to homeless, uninsured and underserved individuals with alcoholism and other drug additions. Their program is specifically designed to rekindle a person’s desire and ability to return to a meaningful and productive life.” Healing Transitions is unique in that they provide on-demand recovery services with no financial barriers.
